i found the front desk staff to be very nice. abshir, andrew, and dillon were very helpful . location is excellent, just a short walk to the south station. i liked the cleanliness, especially the bathroom, it was very clean.
the room was a bit small. i would have appreciated more space for storing my belongings.

The reception staff was friendly and helpful, a real plus. i liked that the location was super convenient. Everything was within walking distance. i especially appreciated the door stop inside the room, a great security feature for solo female travelers.

the hotel is a short walk from the amtrak train station. boston commons park is also nearby, ideal for daily strolls. it is central to so many places!

The location provided excellent access to public transportation and I could easily walk to various attractions. The staff stored luggage both before check-in and after check-out, convenient. I occupied a queen room. It included a comfy bed and many pillows.
I noted that the soundproofing was not great, as I could hear noises from the lobby on the first floor.

the room was a queen room with two queen beds it featured good space i found a large bathroom included a lovely shower the location proved convenient with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. the front desk staff were nice and helpful with directions and recommendations i really liked the 24-hour availability of coffee and tea in the lobby. i took advantage of that several times
the walls are pretty thin i could hear conversations in the hallway clearly
